Waiver permission

cliffLAND – The Clifford Family Protected Wilderness. Access is permitted with the understanding that natural hazards and minimally maintained features are present, including uneven terrain, water, cliffs, falling trees or branches, wildlife, insects, trails, benches, and bridges. Visitors enter and use the property voluntarily and are responsible for their own safety and the safety of those in their care. By entering or using the property, visitors acknowledge these risks and release the Clifford Family and the Mississippi Madawaska Land Trust (MMLT) from claims arising from personal injury, property damage, loss, or other harm related to use of the property.
